At BIOFARM, we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders through trusted and reputed courier partners.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery is typically completed within 5–7 business days from dispatch.
- For remote or difficult-to-reach locations, delivery may take 9–14 working days.
- In case your address falls under an unserviceable area, our team will promptly inform you.
Please note that delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as government restrictions, public events, natural disruptions, or other logistical challenges.
Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- Public holidays are excluded.
Delivery & Acceptance
- A signature is required upon delivery.
- If you are unavailable, you may authorize a family member, colleague, security personnel, or neighbor to receive the package.
- BioFarm shall not be liable for any claims once the shipment has been accepted and signed by an alternate recipient.
Damage & Responsibility
- BioFarm is not responsible for any damage reported after successful delivery.
- Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of receipt.
